Langston Bags 2nd Consecutive Win

Yahama team’s Grant Langston continued his domination in AMA Motocross by winning another race for the 2nd consecutive time. Langston is currently on top of the point standings in AMA Motocross and has extended his point lead with his recent win at Freestone County Raceway in Wortham, Texas during the Monster Energy Freestone National, tbe round 11 of the AMA Toyota Motocross Championship Presented by FMF. This is Langston’s 11th win in his entire AMA National career.

However, Langston has to maintain his lead over the other riders. The Murrieta, California native earned a total of 394 points, an 8-point lead over his closest rival Andrew Short. Short finished the Monster Energy Freestone National race in the 5th place overall aboard his Honda CRF450R equipped with quality Honda oil pan.

Grant Langston commented:
"The points lead is so tight and I knew I needed to win to take control of the championship. Obviously I got a little extra cushion it doesn’t change any strategy. I like Glen Helen I’ve always done well there. I’m definitely looking forward to it and hopefully I can finish this off and win a championship."
