The Driving Standards Agency’s proposal for a 7 pound increase on motorcycle theory tests represents a "stealth tax", according to the RMI Motorcycle Rider Training Association.
Nigel Osborne, chairman of the MRTA, said that the DSA’s new revenue proposal would "do itself no favours with the motorcycling community."
